1. User Registration & SMS Verification

To begin the registration process, users must first register using their mobile number. Upon registration, an SMS containing a One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the provided number.

Note: SMS verification is mandatory to proceed further. Please ensure you enter the correct mobile number and verify it using the OTP sent.

2. Complete Your Registration Forms

After successful SMS verification, users will be redirected to complete their detailed registration forms. These forms include personal information, education & job information, family details, horoscope details, and address details.

Please ensure all sections are filled accurately to complete your profile setup.

3. Registration Completion & Notifications

Once all forms are submitted and your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation SMS indicating successful profile creation.

Additionally, users of the opposite gender will receive a notification about your new profile, increasing your chances of finding a suitable match.

4. Profile Picture Priority

If you haven’t added a profile picture, your gallery picture will be shown instead. If there’s no gallery picture either, a default image will be used.

5. SMS

The following SMS types are sent to users during their interactions on the platform:

  1. Registration Completed SMS: Sent to confirm that the user has successfully completed the registration process.
  2. Forgot Password SMS: Sent to the registered mobile number with instructions or a reset link when a user requests a password reset.
  3. Password Changed Successfully SMS: Sent as a confirmation when a user changes their account password.
  4. Registration OTP SMS: Sent during the registration process to verify the user's mobile number.
  5. Login with OTP SMS: Sent when a user opts to log in using a One-Time Password (OTP) instead of a traditional password.
  6. Plan Success SMS: Sent to confirm the successful activation of a user’s subscription plan. The message includes key details such as the plan name (e.g., Copper Plan) to inform the user about their premium access.
6. Email Notifications

The following types of email notifications are sent to users to keep them informed and engaged:

  1. Chat Notification: Sent when a user receives a new chat message from another member.
  2. Interest Sent Notification: Sent when someone expresses interest in the user's profile.
  3. New Profile Registered Notification: Sent to users to notify them of newly registered profiles that may match their preferences.
  4. Seasonal Notification: Sent during special occasions or festivals to greet users and keep them connected with the platform.

These emails are designed to enhance user experience and ensure timely updates about important activities on the platform.
